On May 30, 2020, a DLT 4.0+ smart kiln equipped with latest digitalized and intelligentized technology for sintered stone of slab manufacture together with a high efficiency multi-layer dryer was put in use at New Pearl Ceramics Group’s Summit Production base in Lubu District, Zhaoqing City.

It realizes zero discharge of waste air from the final cooling zone of kiln. Without using any kiln fume heat exchanger or using any waste fume, and without running the hot air generators, only the recycled hot air from the kiln can sufficiently meet the heat demand of the 5-layer dryer, the combustion air of the kiln burners and the heating source of the glaze line dryer.
