印度首次引进！德力泰超宽体瓷片窑成功点火！

【陶视界】8月27日，在ALFANSO集团旗下的AQSA公司项目现场，由德力泰承建的印度首条中国制造的能效标杆超宽体（W3950）瓷片窑顺利点火，并带着客户的信任与期望正式交付了使用。

On 27th August, a DLT energy efficiency super wide (W3950) roller kiln for wall tile production was successfully lighted up with customer’s expectations at AQSA CERAMICS LLP, a team member of ALFANSO GROUP based in Morbi, Gujarat, India.

此条具有时代气息的高端瓷片窑的顺利点火，大幅度提升了印度高品质瓷片的产能，不仅为当地经济发展作出了新贡献，也是中国陶机行业宽体窑系列进入印度市场的一个新里程碑。

The smooth running of the high-end super wide wall tile roller kiln has greatly improved the capacity of high quality wall tile production in the ceramic industry of India. Not only a new gift to the local economic development, but also another milestone marking that wide-body kilns supplied by Chinese ceramic machinery industry has stepped into Indian ceramic market.

该生产线配有德力泰一条DSG超宽体（W3950）瓷片窑、一条DHD-E1-A 单层干燥窑及其他配套辅机设备。主要生产规格为300x450（mm）、300*600（mm）的内墙砖，设计产量是18000m²/天。

The production line supplied by DLT includes a DSG super wide wall tile kiln (W3950) and a DHD-E1-A single-layer dryer together with some other auxiliary equipment, mainly to produce 300x450mm and 300x600mm wall tiles with a daily output up to 18000m²/day.

DSG瓷片窑是德力泰最新研制的一种（XXXL）超宽体窑炉，其设计是根据印度市场量身订制、科学配置、严格按国际环保要求全新打造。有效装载宽度非常大，可装载300*450（mm）或300*600（mm）的内墙砖12片，是同等长度（W3400）窑炉产能的1.2倍，能耗预计可降低20%以上。

DSG super wide wall tile kiln is the latest wide-body roller kiln developed by DLT. It is specially designed to meet the requirement of Indian market. The kiln is with optimized and scientific configuration fully in accordance with the international environment protection standards. The useful loading width is as large as to feed 12 pieces of 300*450mm or 300*600mm wall tiles in a longitudinal direction. As if with the same length, it’s production capacity is 20% more than that of an ordinary W3400 wall tile kiln, and it is hopefully to save natural gas in production as much as 20%.

全窑使用自动控制方式，采用IFGR新型高速等温烧嘴，配DHR余热回收再加热系统、KHI窑墙综合隔热系统、OCE超级节能系统等专利技术，是中国陶机业开拓印度瓷片宽体窑领域首条集产量大、能耗低、自动化、智能化于一身的现代化超宽体窑炉，可有效填补当地瓷砖快速发展的市场需求。

The kiln features a whole system automatic control mode, in addition to the IFGR regenerative burners, DHR heat recovery system, KHI updated insulation system and DLT’s patented technology OCE optimal combustion eco system. It is the first China-made large output, low gas consumption, fully automatic and intelligentized super wide wall tile kiln supplied to Indian ceramic market.
